Novex Review

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to talk to you guys about an awesome hair care line called
Novex!

I've came across them in the past when I posted a picture of my hair and received a nice comment on my photo from Lauren, to try their Novex Mask called "Novex Brazilian Keratin Deep Condiotning Hair Mask". I was able to purchase this product at my nearest Sally]s Beauty supply, which happened to be the last one. I remember that I instantly tried it once I got home and actually really loved it! I then posted a photo & review of the mask she mentioned and Novex was nice enough to comment and said to email them my address to receive a Novex Brazilian Keratin Kit. Which I did and once I received the kit and made the time to try it, (Which was around 2 hours). I couldn't believe how my hair felt after using the kit, believe me it was crazy because my hair was extremely damaged after going blonde. It was so smooth and silky and best of all FRIZZ FREE! I again then posted a photo/review of the product. Few months passed and because I really like Novex I emailed them asking if they had something similar to the kit and mask they sent me but without needing a lot of time to do the treatment because I do not always have the time. I wanted an every other day shampoo/conditioner or some type of product that can be applied and be washed off instantly or leave on for a maximum of 5 minutes instead.
Novex was extremely nice to send me some products based on my hair, which they said  "Novex Olive Oil" will be very suitable for my dry and damaged hair. As you can tell, my hair is bleached and has become very brittle, frizzy, and super dry. What I am going to do now is show you the process of using their products and how well it works straight out the shower, so you know its real!

So that is how well the product works! You can instantly see how shiny and manageable my hair is! Below I listed the fee's and products that I used, Hope you enjoy/ed!

CHI (Cationic Hydration Interlink)

"CHI - Cationic Hydration Interlink by Farouk combines Ceramic Technology along with Silk Protein and Amino Acids combined with the Cationic Hydration Interlink to provide strength and moisture while providing proper balance to the hair. Ceramic, Ionic, Far Infrared technology. Unltimately the result is soft, smooth, shiny and silky hair.

This scientific approach permanently transforms hair from frizzy, curly, wavy, or even coarse straight hair into silky, beautiful, controlled, straighter hair without the use of any harsh chemicals or ammonia."

STEPS ON HOW I APPLY CHI/RESULTS:

1. After I have showered, I Spray on "Keratin Mist" on my entire hair. Basically four sprays front, back, and the sides

2. Apply a dime size of "Silk Infusion" onto the palm (sorry it's so clear that you cant see it much) and apply to the ends of your hair

3. Blow Dry Your Hair.

4. After it has been blow dried (Mine is not fully dried on the photos because I have very thick hair and takes me at least 90 minutes to have it completely dry) After letting my hair air dry you now have the option of either straightening it or curl it to your desire. I straighten it and as you can see with no additional products needed, my hair is silky and smooth with these two baby's!

HOPE YOU GUYS CONSIDER THESE PRODUCTS!
(Reminder: These products may or may not work for you but hey it doesn't hurt to try.)

I would list the places on where to purchase but my best place of all time when it comes to hair products is CosmoProf although I know Ulta, JcPenney Salon, Target and a whole lot of other places sale these items. The Keratin Mist and Silk Infusion both cost me each around $14.00. Please make sure when purchasing that you have the original product which should be labeled behind the bottle which not many people know that. There are fake and then there are the authentic brands out there! please make sure yours is real! you can really feel and smell the difference from real vs fake, I mean come on that applies to everything in life! LOL let me know If you guys might want to see the labels and I can show you the difference on both to get a better understanding of what I mean.

PEACE&LOVE - MYC

How I clean and dry my makeup brushes

Hello! To all you makeup artist, I quickly wanted to share with you guys how I clean and dry my brushes. I’ve always had problems drying my makeup brushes and wondering if there was a stand where I can actually put my brushes in place for it to dry and luckily I found just what I was looking for, How convenient is that? Washing brushes can be annoying if you use the palm of your hand and do circular motions to get rid of all the makeup or bacteria on them, thank God for Sigma. So smart and best way to really wash out all that bad stuff we cannot see. The Glove I purchased a year ago helps a lot but now, I seen Sigma has two new brush cleaning products which I’m really considering the Mat one and also on the stand I’m thinking of actually buying one more for just foundation brushes and have the one I own already for just eye shadows brushes. You won’t be disappointed on these purchases; best things invited which honestly saves you time and your hands!

Yay for Sigma and Benjabelle!

If you have not done so, please Watch my short video on how I clean and dry my brushes on my Instagram page to get a better idea on why I say its the best thing invented! or press play button below!
